The Sussex County Clerk's Office offers the public a variety of different services, including recording of and access to public land records (e.g., deeds & mortgages, liens, maps, and genealogical archives), e-recording of land records, mail-in voting, processing of passport applications, filing of veterans DD2-14, issuance of veteran identification cards, and registration of veterans peddlers licenses, swearing in of notary publics, registration of physician's licenses, and registration of religious corporations.
