The Sussex County Clerk’s Office will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025 for the National Day of Mourning in honor of the passing of President Jimmy Carter.

We will reopen for business on Friday, January 10, 2025, during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
