Registering a Physician’s License

As a licensed physician practicing in Sussex County, you are required to register your license with the County Clerk’s Office.

What you must do
All applicants must appear in person at the Clerk’s Office.

A copy of your Medical License

$25.00 payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check
