Rush Service For U.S. Passport & Passport Cards
Expedited Passport services are available, which can reduce the standard processing time. If you need to travel in less than 10-12 working days, you must appear in person at a U.S. Passport Agency with proof of travel (eg: airline ticket, Itinerary and/or travel confirmation). Sussex County residents should go to the Philadelphia Passport Agency, U.S. Custom House, 200 Chestnut Street, Room 103, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Appointments are required; to schedule one, call 1-877-487-2778.

What you must do
For Rush Service, all applicants must appear in person and should plan on arriving at the Clerk’s office by 3 p.m. Children 15 years of age and under must appear with BOTH parents. Children 16 years of age and over may appear with only one parent. All applicants must have a Social Security number.
